The installation process was easy, just like putting in regular switches and outlets. Setting up your network is easy too. Just download the App and start adding your smart switches and outlets. All you need to do is name the switches and outlets and place them in the appropriate room on the App. It literally takes less than a minute per switch. You then can control your lights and outlets from your phone or IPad or both. Schedule your lights to come on and go off. Do it anywhere. See what lights are on from the App. Schedule an outlet to come on and go off. Add a wireless switch anywhere to make a 3 way switch. Install or add as many smart switches as you like. The look of the Adorne switches and outlets is so much nicer than the standard wall plates that are commonly used. Look into the Wave switch. They also have standard paddle switches when you don’t need a wireless. The App shows how much energy you’re using. We love the Adorne line by LeGrand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrated I have been unable to get the Gateway connected to my network even after a few calls to technical support at Legrand. I even purchased a second Gateway to munt closer to my access point and I still can't get it connected. These Gateways and associated switches are not cheap and the entire process has been very frustrating even with my background in local networks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a Cluster! I'm in a process of building a new home and wanted to experiment with Legrand in my current home to see if this is the right product for my new home. I just received a WNAH1. Got it installed. I'm attempting to set up through the Home+Control app. During the set up process, I'm being asked for a HomeKit code. There isn't a HomeKit code to be found. Not on the box. Not on the device. Not on the instructions that were shipped with it (instructions which were for a WNAL23 by the way). I talked to a customer service representative who basically talked down to me telling me on his device, etc, etc, etc. Wouldn't listen to what I was telling him. I paid $175 for this device. I bought it off of your website. If I don't get some answers, you'll probably lose a sale of 100-ish devices for my new home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adorne Smart Dimmer with Netatmo I have several smart Tru-Universal Dimmers with Netatmo installed at two different locations. A very functional device associated with the Netatmo mesh system. In conjunction with the Legrand Home + Control app the dimmer can be controlled from anywhere one can access the Internet. Scenes and schedules can be set thru the app and modified at any time. A big plus over the previous Legrand Lighting System app is the ability to make changes from anywhere. The old app required connection to the wifi system where the switches were physically installed to add scenes / make changes. This dimmer does require that a neutral wire be available in the box where the dimmer is installed. This dimmer can be paired with a wireless (battery operated - requires no power) switch to create a 3 way switch anywhere in the home...nice feature. A very nice product and part of a very nice lighting system.

Do I need to purchase an Adorne sub frame to install this switch? Can I have 4 smart switches next to each other in a 4 gang box?

Thank you for your inquiry. The adorne with Netatmo smart switch (WNAL10W1) is compatible with multi-gang configurations. Additionally, the purchase of the adorne 4-Gang Wall plate (AWP4GWH4) will include the necessary subframe for installation. Best Regards, Technical Support

What home automation systems is this compatible with?

Hi Justin, that did not answer the question, Apple, Alexa and Google are not Home Automation Control Systems, We are asking if Control4, Elan, Crestron or similar control systems.  Thank You

Any plans for a Netatmo compatible LC7001 Hub replacement? That would be awesome for legacy installations. It seems like that would be a logical and simple solution to allow the beautiful soft-touch Adorne systems to integrate with Netatmo.

Are there still no plans to release Netatmo switches in the Touch series? I've been holding off on purchasing due to this specific topic.

The adorne with Netatmo switches are currently offered in the sofTap style. Currently there is no timeline on when a touch version would be made available.
